Who Knew? Daily Joy Log Fan Club?

Yesterday I went to my email inbox and there was the nicest note from my sister -n-law.

Katherine asked is she could create a fan club for my Daily Joy Log website. Wow! Who knew this could happen? She likes what I’m trying to do and wants to help propagate the joy. She gets it!

Many days when I’m sitting here writing my stories I’m not sure of why I’m writing them down. Shouldn’t I be doing something more productive with this time? I hear my mothers voice in my head.

What real use is this to anyone?

My husband encourages me to just keep writing, that it is more for myself than for anyone else. I believe that is true. Most of the time I don’t know if anyone is reading them or not. It would be nice if people were reading and commenting and sharing stories but it’s really ok if they don’t.

I think there’s something deeper going on inside me as to why I’m doing this. We’ll see I guess. I’m just going with it because it feels right and I’m pretty aware of what makes me feel good and what makes me feel lousy. Writing posts for my joy blog feels downright good so I’m doing it! I won’t try to figure it out.

When you get an email from someone who actually likes what you are doing and wants to help pass it on, that is a pretty joyous moment!

I bring joy to her, she in turn just brought joy to me and now with the fan club we’ll see what kind of major joy we can spread around the world. Beats spreading cow manure doesn’t it?

Experience the joy and pass it on!

Just leave a comment below this post, or click here “WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY” and tell us what brings you joy. :)

Amy – I love your posts and read them everyday. Couldn’t stop to think about any funny stories to share, so instead thought I’d offer the sharing of your wonderful stories to others. I really hope this catches on, as who couldn’t use a moment of joy in their day? Love Kath

Hey Amy, Glad to see the Joy site. Looks like it is evolving. Did you
ever finalize a name for the business? Is it “Experience Joy and Pass it On”?

Hope to see you this evening in Asheville.

    Hugs, Terri
